Town Rallies To Help Student Paralyzed From Skiing Accident

Rebecca Kolton is a 21-year-old student from Plainview, NY who suffered a tragic skiing accident earlier this year.

Kolton was fond unconscious at Stratton Mountain Resort in March. She suffered a serious spinal cord injury that has left her paralyzed from the neck down.

Members of her community have rallied behind the cause and are seeking to raise money to help Kolton and her family pay for her impending medical bills.

The campaign has already raised over $500k, and is nearing its goal of $750k.
